Return/Refund Policy

Gloss Salon does not issue refunds. 

We carry Kevin Murphy hair products. Our staff is educated on the line to recommend the best combination for your specific hair needs. If the recommended product doesn’t meet your expectations, we will exchange products within 30 days of purchase. (If a product is a known defective product, we will make an exception) Our stylists are trained continually in the most current techniques and styles to make every visit a positive experience for you. If you are not satisfied with your haircut or color, we will make every effort to correct this. We ask that you contact us within one week of your service, otherwise there may be a charge for the repeat appointment. 

Cancellation Policy

If you need to cancel your appointment, please provide 48 hours if possible. Deposits made to reserve appointments will be refunded if cancelled 48 hours prior to the appointment. If the appointment is cancelled between 24-48 hours beforehand the deposit will be saved towards a future appointment. Appointments cancelled at the last minute or no showed will lose their deposit of be assessed a fee of 50% of the services scheduled. Thank you for your understanding.
